I've tried many diets over many years, ate my emotions, and hated my body the entire time. Every day I would start over, hoping that the new day would bring more willpower and a decrease on the scale. I worked so hard in the gym and saw the same overweight and drained body staring back at me in the mirror.
Finally, I decided I was done with the fluff, the restriction, the frustration, and hating myself and I made the choice to change.
